Good marketing IMO. Nothing more. Pfizer is in it for money, even with Bac water. They'll make more Bac and make more $. Just may take a bit to catch up to demand.

Seems to me the reason for the "shortage" is all these damn people playing doctor and reconstituting lypholized peptides themselves at home. The nerve of some people, resisting conventional wisdom and making their own decisions! Umm
