Awww! Y’all’s ads are so coy and quaint!! 💕

In the US our ads are a minute long, have had their tropes enter the cultural zeitgeist, are very often explicit in what they treat (even if it’s an acronym you have to Google) and list the side effects for a few dozen seconds in the mode of a calm but fast-talking auctioneer. 😂 They’re a whole thing.

Yeah, seen those. When I visited Texas few years ago, the top three culture shocks were:

  • ads for drugs
  • guns and gun related things everywhere
  • tipping, and wait staff shooing you off the premises the moment you have had your last bite

That being said, I had a proper Texas brisket and even now, while shot up on retatrutide to the gills, I'm salivating at the thought of it.

And I thought darts in bars was a bad idea! 😂 (Even when I was in a dart league, still seemed weird that drunk people were throwing pointy things LOL) I f-in’ love Texas!

TBF most of the peptides haven't been rigorously tested for human uses, and we all know that we are risking ourselves for benefits that might not even be real. How many of us can afford to constantly test before and after the peptide treatments? That'd get expensive fast. And none of us is using the peptides in isolated, controlled manners.

There are so many peptides out there, yet the only ones that I can think of are solidly studied are GLP drugs, tesamorelin, and maybe GHK-Cu.

But I agree with @spanky2026. Many people look for grey GLP drugs because they can't afford them and are desperate. I know I was desperate after exhausting every option I could afford.

I have been to a few! And have seen the axes bounce off the board and skitter back. I sat VERY far from the axe throwing area LOL 🪓😳

These people walking the media through gray are why we have warnings on the back of shampoo bottles saying they aren't edible.

An Irish show jumper once hit me in the back of the head with a dart in the horse show bar in Portugal...he has since become quite well known and I think of it every time he's mentioned 🤣😵🤣😵

It’s more than likely a “paid article” by pharma. They HAVE TO stop the ugls and those of us who use them ( BECAUSE I CAN’T AFFORD THEIRS! …or I would ONLY USE THEM 🙄 ) by any and all means possible. It’s all about the money.

Or so I sees it. 🫡

Sadly, these days, Big Pharma are the ones keeping most of the media alive. It's pretty obvious when at least 1 commercial in every break is a drug ad. So of course the media will NEVER go against the Pharma companies, even when it comes to news. They don't want to kill the golden cash cow.

I've noticed in the UK though the resellers are having to rename the GLP's. One reseller I used previously has had to do an entire rebrand due the MHRA cracking down on peptide sellers. Do you think because of this and the negative or narrow minded media there will be a knock on effect at customs seizing packages? I'm thinking the big pharma will be releasing Reta soon and they will want to clamp down on the grey market? Or are we not worried at all?

They've been fighting the war on drugs for 55 years and you can still get them deliver in mail.

I don't think there's much of a chance of complete end to grey peptides, but they could raise the costs, both monetary and other, enough to dissuade some portion of casuals. That being said, I think it is much easier to sell the narrative of "lazy junkies getting high" than "people desperate for medication that big pharma is keeping out of their reach" and there is also the looming clock of patent expiration.

I do think that it'll get worse before it gets better, and if you have the storage and the means, it might make sense to stock up few years in advance, but there's no prospect of going to pre-GLP world.

Did you see the Spotlight GLP1 show?

The show overall was quite fair, but they had one knob who showed receiving his Retatrutide, including talking about how it was shipped.

I just wanted to point out that they have the comments turned off on that video. They know what would happen.

Also just realized this is the same dingus who fumbled the interview with Clav.

That's because the Australian High Court found that posters can be held liable for statements made by unrelated third parties commenting on public posts, so media outlets now largely disable comments. Australia has one of the most broken defamation laws in the developed world.
