That site isn't something to trust blindly. A number of its entries are way off and no longer current. Use it only as a jumping-off point for further digging, rather than treating it as gospel truth.

Any chance you could share some instances where the information is out of date?

I'd look at several places every time, and lean toward whatever the common ground turns out to be

100% agreed. Human data for most of the peps we run is minimal at best, so protocols largely come out of lab rat research and/or anecdotal advise. Checking multiple "sources" before starting anything new is always worth the effort. And what suits one person often does nothing for another.
