At 68, obesity has been part of most of my life. For 3 years I've used tirzepetide (brand-name). Within 6 months I dropped 1/4 of my body weight, and after that I've stayed on maintenance. My starting weight was 265; now I'm at 195. My insurance won't cover these meds, so I'm fed up with the exorbitant cost.
