No matter the employer, it makes me sad to read this. There are a lot of factors at play in this decision, but a big one is how goddamn much GLP1's cost in the current pharmaceutical sphere. Price them more reasonably, and as a result save lives, reduce hospitalizations, etc. It shouldn't be this difficult.
