Are pens accurate, they look great for ease makes me think they look more official, but how accurate are they for dosage, are reusable ones good or just the one one time use , I just think think when turning for clicks how can you ensure you getting the correct dosage

Some are some aren't. Any pen you get, setup a cartridge with water, put it in the pen, insert an empty normal syringe into the cart, and test several different size doses multiple times.

Thanks just watched the video

Every pen is different. There are some notorously known for being inaccurate or "over dosing." Like the v1s, they have a cult follwoing for being pretty accurate and reliable. Any other v series pen? Unlikely. Close to garbage. Novopens? Known for "over-dosing." Fine for me. I have my reta in one of mine. I would just start off with something like a v1 or novo pen. Something somewhat cheap and reliable. Then buy two of them all. Test them when you get them. I test my existing ones at least every 90 days. Nothing lasts forever.

Remember that part of the accuracy equation is from the cartridge used. A pen ideally gives a measured linear displacement of the plunger. The volume delivered is a function of the plunger movement and the cartridge dimensions.
