Today I weighed myself after a BM, and the curse of that 240lb plateau which tormented me for years has finally given way!!! No starving involved or anything (yesterday’s food was a good healthy bowl of triple salmon poke and 4 cans of protein shake). My retatrutide dose sits at a pretty high 15 mg, and while the weight has come off slower for me than for other people on lower doses, I am finally past the whole reason I resorted to grey reta.

Nice!! Congrats on the milestone!! 👍

The interesting thing about milestone numbers, for me, is how fast you put those numbers behind you…today 240 is a triumph. In a week or two, once you reach 236-238, 240 will look like a step back. One of my milestones of 200 got crossed a few weeks ago…and sitting at 192 now and still losing, watching the scale creep back up to 194-195 would be horrible…never mind ‘backsliding’ the whole way to my once magic number of 200…

Enjoy the magic number, and now on to the next one! 👍👍 gl

Today's weight is 17.1 stone. Lose three more pounds and we can celebrate being under 17 stones.

Congratulations. Lets celebrate. Start the music. ♬
