One more new face in the pile. How much I will be able to add is an open question; mostly I am here to read and absorb. What I have seen so far appeals to me, and it is definitely a new hobby. Outside of this I have something close to my own makerspace (3d printing, laser cutting/engraving, woodworking with and without CNC) plus a pile of computer projects, especially with the latest wave of LLMs (AI) and how fast they keep moving.
Having said that, threads where the subject wanders a bit more are probably where I can pitch in, since my work and hobby history is fairly diverse and lets me talk to almost anyone about almost anything.
