Hey everyone
Losing weight isn't a new concept for me, but this particular path is. My reason matches what so many others here have gone through: coverage got cut off by insurance, which left me responsible for my own health. Back in 2016 I had SVG surgery, and after 12 months of working out and keeping calories low, I was down 90 pounds. Then life kept moving, various events came up, and I let my routine slip... now here I am, weighing what I did before that first weight loss even began! With 40 approaching, shedding the weight is much tougher. So I'm giving it another shot, this time with medication plus a fresh sense of self-love, and we'll see how it goes.
Where I'm starting:
Age:37
Starting weight:260
Height:5'1"
