Arizona is home, and Ozempic has been my medication since 2022. My starting weight sat at 210 and it's 160 now. 50 pounds have come off, yet things have been flat for nearly a year. Phentermine was something I added as a supplement, and 8-9 lbs came off before returning. So 160 lbs is where I am again.
Peps research is what I've just started, though supplementing Ozempic is the goal, since insurance still covers it (and only Ozempic, no other GLPs). A Cagrilintide purchase is recent and titrating up on it is in progress. Better appetite suppression and food noise softening again is what I'm hoping for. Retratrutide has been bought as well, and my reason for being here is to research a possible stack of 2mg, Cag, and Reta — plus where to start with Reta.
