Ozcanium compared to Janoshik ? Australia Island

I am keen to hear if anyone in Australia has used Ozcanium and has even gone as far to compare the testing to Janoshik ?

It would be great to work with a local testing company as it adds up sending samples out of the country and also the fun of customs.

What is your input, maybe you use another testing company here in OZ land?
 
I use Oz. So far so good! Reports come back in a timely manner and so far I’ve had no issues dealing with them.

I haven’t tried to send out to Jano as sending peps out of the country is harder than bringing them in and soooooo expensive.

That being said the results are usually pretty close to Jano reports that the vendor has done.

From what ive been told there is a variation between one to two percent between both companies ?

I have managed to get samples to Jano, but yeah it works out to be an extra $200 and a lot more time,

Ohh I didn’t even consider the fact of the extra time it would take to send to Jano 😵‍💫

I guess even if they are ever so slightly different in results is acceptable and would be expected.

I’m sure if you tested every vial from your kit every vial would give slightly different results.

As long as they are generally in the same path is a good sign.
 
I have recently used Ozcanium and Jano about a month ago. Definitely the cheaper option with Oz, now at AUD$400 for Purity and ID for typical GLP peptide. Turn around time was 5 business days for me, which was reasonable. Test results similar to Jano, although method and machinery used do add variation.

Jano now at USD$360, plus AUD$130 ish for fedex (add AUD$ 30 - 50 for fedex pickup if your rural). Totalling around AUD$700 per test.

I'm so impressed with folks that do the testing on their own, that's pretty awesome that you're doing both.

Yeah, you'd hope that the results are similar between the two labs so you could rely on the domestic lab as that would be so much easier and undoubtledly more timely.

I've often thought that measuring mass/purity/identity can't be that difficult. When another lab comes back with something different that Jano, then people generally attribute that to the domestic lab and nothing to do with Jano.

I recently lead a test group. We found two COAs online for the batch on resellers websites who used two US domestic labs. One COA said that the T60 came back 62mg and the other 65mg. The vendor's COA came in 70mg. Folks trashed the US labs. Eventually we received the Jano results on the vials we sent, and guess what, 62mg 🤔. Now the consternation is directed at the vendor and why the vendor's COA says 70mg. I say, cuz it's the vendors COA 🤣.
