Every day: 10g of creatine, 2 packets of LMNT (sodium, potassium, magnesium), plus D3 and K2.

Other things I use are not on a fixed schedule — either sporadically or when symptoms call for them. Once a week, I also prepare lamb organ meats (liver, heart, and/or lung).
2 packets of lmnt, huh? I went ahead and stocked up on quite a few of those, but every stick carries 1000mg of sodium, so I usually save them for fasting days rather than using them daily. I'm still a heavy dude and can't go overboard with that stuff. Still, drinking lmnts from morning to night would be amazing
For me it's not optional. Because so many plant foods trigger a reaction, my diet is largely carnivore. That means I have to source sodium from somewhere, otherwise my cells won't stay hydrated, palpitations kick in, and the electrical signaling stops working properly.

My only gripe is that they conceal maltodextrin inside it behind a "natural flavours" label, and that stuff wrecks your gut health and blood sugar.
Check out Micro Ingredients — it has less sodium, plenty of potassium, and uses stevia for sweetness. If grape is your thing, that flavor is really good. This goes for you as well, @Gr33dyOctopus, in case you want an electrolyte option with reduced sodium.
I'll back that recommendation. The raspberry lemon variety is my personal favorite, though the electrolyte blend itself is a solid value—roughly $30-35 per bag, and one bag usually stretches 3-4 months for me.
