Ordered tesa 10 hasn't shown up yet — what should I do?

Recently, a lot of my USPS deliveries have arrived. For the past few weeks, each and every one of them got stuck somewhere for about 2 days and showed up at least 1 or 2 days behind schedule.

I submitted a service request through the website a short while ago, and I also messaged the vendor, but I haven't heard back from them yet. I'll let everyone know once there's an update.
