Oopsie! Damaged vial (with pic)

Today I received a package. My third such buy from them, several kits each time. When I got to the last box I found a vial had broken during shipping. Bummer! Question is, do I just eat it? I thought I'd ask here before contacting them.

I can't be the first one with a broken vial. Anyone?

I received a smashed vial of NAD+ in my kit of 10. It was poorly packaged. That's the only time I received damaged goods from any vendor. The vendor only offered me a credit on my next order, not a refund.

But I was also fortunate in that they had made a different mistake, giving me more than I had ordered of a different peptide. So I came out ahead. With all the mistakes, I realized I wouldn't be ordering from them again, so I just let it go.

All you can do is ask. A good practice when receiving your peps is to record your opening of the box just in case they want proof of how you received it.
 
The average peptide vial is like what, $10+/- a vial?...Yeah, maybe I message them and take a shot at it...but even then... 😳

If the packaging (as was said) is that bad that a vial can break, they are not really repeat business worthy anyway, amiright?...Almost all of what I get in is in a box and padded...

Now that you mention it, it was 6 kits in a plastic bubble envelope this time. The other ones from a different 'warehouse' were boxed.
 
Well as it has never happened to me, I always make a video, while opening a parcel. Just in case, if it has happened....then there would be the proof, it's not my fault. One vial is not a biggie, and believe if you ask vendor, ya will get some discount on your next order. Something like $5 😆

Let me guess. She has also called you dear and honey? Thanks for the warning. Now we all know the suspect vendor for broken vial.

Just contact your vendor and you will get an extra vial or a discount at your next order. It is not an issue even if it has happened to anyone else before.

Bubble wrapped envelope narrows it down even more than that...to 'warehouse B' if I am not mistaken... 😎

There were some pictures of 'warehouse B' packaging handiwork a couple-four weeks ago...Loose packed bubble wrap envelopes with spilled kits and at least one cracked/broken vial...

I have had ok luck with the packages I have gotten in from them, but I am a bit of a daredevil adventure seeker... 👍 😎
