365lbs was my max about 15 years ago, and it all got lost twice - the second time around only half came back. That was before GLP1s came. Around 280lbs was where I was when Semi got started, just about 5 lbs came off then stuck is where I stayed. A year later Tirz got a try and down to about 245lbs it went but my wallet was burning (no insurance) and the weeks between shots had to slowly increase - eventually a full stop had to happen after med price went crazy here in Canada (from $400/mo to $900/mo for 15mg).
The weight started coming back again, back to about 275lbs is where it went when Reta got learned about. “only” down to 260lbs is where I am after about 3 months but because TRT is also in the picture a bit of recomping is visible and loss is slower while muscle is kept.
Glad to join yalls, this forum should’ve been tried many months ago - it would’ve been a game changer.
