Odd label on the bottom of kits delivered today.

Received some additional research material today from a china vendor with a US warehouse. Shipped fast, arrived in less than 4 days. Inside the box was an additional label I haven't seen before but I am admittedly still a noob and wanted to ask what you all thought... My apologies for tearing the left side, the adhesive is fairly strong. Several of the kits had this sticker on the bottom.

I've seen similar descriptions. It's related to getting through customs.

Yes, definately was used to get through customs. But... spoiler alert, customs knows all of the tricks. I've watched a lot of border/customs tv shows. I saw an episode 15 years ago where they used the face mask boxes so when my first gray shipment arrived I recognized it from the show. It's nothing new. They know.
