Went with Talon Wellness and she tried to upsell me like crazy on stuff I already have. Was interested in pharmacutical.grade test but not if its really expensive. i got 5 2500mg bottles from a fairly trustworthy ( non Chinese) vendor with a current janoshik coa that completely matched the bottle and cap i recieved for a total of 165 including shipping.

when i looked online about what talon will.charge me it was like 160 for a 2000mg bottle? Thats a serious price difference, is pharmacutical grade that much better?!?!

Same shit.

Also 200 is likely overkill. 150 has me at 1250-1300 total. And estradiol in the 60’s. Definitely get your bloodwork done after 6-8 weeks.

no sane NP would do that if its just TRT unless you told her that you are already using gears (which sound like you did).

Oh well. Just pin some arimidex

all trt mills prescribe that much. and yes it is way too much for most people for legit trt.

My pharma grade is $30 for 1000mg. It would be cheaper, but I prefer MCT so that doubled the price. And that doctor straight up prescribed you a beginner blast, not TRT. Welcome to the club!

I started by pinning100mg2x weekly and my numbers overshot into the 1100 range, I have since toned it down and am cruising at 843 on 75mg Mon and 87.5 Thursday.

It did take a few adjustments to get there.

The higher amount did not benefit me on symptoms and my hematocrit raised above 50%.

I know we are all different, but unless you are trying to go supraphysiological I would consider starting slower. I was lucky that I do not aromatize and my estradiol remained within mid range.

ty guys! yea my research told me the same thing, that 200 is super high to start. Jesus H Christ I think ill blast it at 150. I had already started taking it before my prescription and have been feeling really good mood and energy wise. know thats supposed to be placebo cause I shouldn't really feel it yet but free test was like 30, pretty sure im feeling it.

Gonna stay at 150, and plan to have more blood tests and another Talon wellness visit at the 8 week mark. does that sound about right to you fellas?

oh shit. I've been trying to be good, but did I fuck up with Zippity again? Whats the deal with this? I haven't even bad mouthed any grifting vendors in a long time?

It may be that the thread just needed to be moved, he likes these in AAS.

Might not need to go behind the woodshed.

I’m on 225mg test cyp prescribed TRT. My doc started me at 200mg but bumped it up as I am a serious lifter and he is ok helping me get to top of normal range as long as other markers are good too. I am a pretty big guy though I’ve used gear for a long time.

To the op the pharma grade gear is obviously more reliable. My journey to TRT came when I was on Testosterone from a source I used for 5 years that suddenly started selling bunk. I get the price difference though, as long as the test is legit you should be fine.

I’ve been paying around $250 every 10 weeks for 5 years between Viking and TRT Nation and finally made the decision to just go UGL full time. I always liked the idea of having a prescription for travel and what not, but I’ve not traveled anywhere for more than a week at a time and it’s not like I can’t just put 1ml in my butt cheek at once if I need to.

I can tell you every consult is a super brief run down of blood markers and tell you to donate blood to keep hematocrit in check then pitch you on addons. They purposefully have your labs done at your trough so your test levels don’t come back super duper high and helps them justify the 200mg a week.

After 5 years of reviewing my labs and learning which markers to actually watch, I have no problem with ordering my own bloodwork. Besides, I feel better on EoD injections, grey sourced HCG, and the need for an AI has drastically reduced as my body fat percentage has lowered.

If you can manage yourself and don’t need to take a prescription with you for travel frequently, there’s really not much of a reason to stick with the mills.

I would start at 100 and check your E2 levels before going up. Estrogen sides can be nasty. You are better safe than sorry on that one. I also always recommended EOD dosing. My estrogen spiked at once a week and came back into the normal range at EOD.

Pharma is not necessary better. Good ugl is fine but batches can be inconsistent and the quality of the oils may lead to more PIP. If you have insurance, go pharma, if not tested ugl is not the end of the world.

Donating blood is old thinking and should be a last resort. You are likely to totally mess up your ferritin for a short term reduction in hematocrit. Better to manage it with dose and hydration and adding ancillaries like fish oil and maybe even low dose asprin if appropriate.

I don’t mind donating say twice a year. I don’t notice any negative side effects and it’s fun to watch my donation arrive at a hospital and be told I helped save a life through the app.

Biggest downside is Red Cross harasses the shit out of me to donate more frequently, and yeah, if you follow their schedule it will most certainly deplete ferritin.

DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT start at 200mg per week.

These clowns at these TRT mills dont honestly care about your well being.

The correct way is to start low, see if you have any or what side effects show up and only move up then.

Here is me on 125mg per week

Im a high responder to test and adding more is NOT going to get me bigger or stronger by much as you are now bound by the number of androgen receptors in your body.

Adding more will only produce greater side effects - elevated e2, worse lipids, higher blood pressure.

When you went on GLPs, you didnt start at 10mg , you started low and titrated up. Same goes for TRT.

For TRT you are right but adding more test will help yield strength and size for a long way past 200mg. Your androgen receptors can take in grams of gear per week not that it’s healthy or smart and yes there are other side effects depending on dose but you 100% gain much much more muscle and size on 500mg test vs 200mg. This is well documented.

This is so nuanced and depends on the individual. This is not some settled science.

As an example , you can inject grams of test but if free test is low, nothing is happening. Same goes with shbg.

There are so many variables.
