Normally “howdy” would be my opener, but since a bunch of other intros already used it, I went with moo instead 🤣. By night I think of myself as a comedian (the day job stays, LOL!) and by profession I’m an eater 😭.

That’s the reason I gave tirzepatide a shot last year, but it stopped my birth control from working and I ended up pregnant.

So yeah. The baby is finally here, and I want to start tirzepatide again because I’ve got a huge amount of weight to lose (100+ lbs).

My hope is that I won’t need it forever, and that I’ll manage the lifestyle changes required to keep the weight off by myself. I’m not someone who was always overweight; I’m just a person who, as an adult with a sedentary job, ate too much and is fat now 🤷‍♀️. Hopefully this helps me reverse some of the harm before any co-morbidities show up, and I can maintain until I’m at least around 60 🤣.

Anyway, I’m a fat cow who loves sailor moon and wants to be a hot mom in about a year or two.

Hey, my wife ended up moving to the birth control patch over this. GLP1 won't interfere with the birth control, since it goes straight into your body. Best of luck on the journey — you've got this!!!

That caught me off guard! When I was receiving tirzepatide from my med spa, nobody ever told me about the birth control issue... though I wasn't on it back then either. Perhaps that explains why it never came up. Still, you'd figure they ought to have said something either way. 😐 In any case, welcome!
