Hiiii! I'm a 33y.o. newbie located in the nordics! Right now it feels like I'm being buried under every bit of info, supplies, methods and oh god how is everyone managing this lol

I'm only here to pick up knowledge and get support with weight loss!

But before anything else I'm attempting to figure out how this site works lol, so this post will be my starting point 🐢 all of it feels intimidating
 
Hi there, honestly this is pretty simple, and peptides aren't steroids either, so as long as you stay sensible and don't rush, there's really little cause for concern.
