Hey there! I'm a guy in my mid-40s living in the Bay Area-ish region. Over the past couple of years I've been working hard to change my lifestyle and physique. I dropped a good amount of weight, became pretty dedicated to powerlifting, and now I'm looking to move into biohacking.
I've been using white-label tirz for about 18 months, but after hitting a plateau at 17% body weight lost (roughly what the clinical trials show on average), I've hardly dropped a pound in the last 6 months. I feel great, but I'd like to get leaner and shed another 30 lbs or so. So I'm considering adding a midweek bump of reta — I'd love to hear from anyone who combines the two. (The main reason I'm not fully switching to reta right now is that I don't want to give up the tirz Rx while I still have white label access.) I also want to make more progress on my fatty liver, which hasn't improved much with the tirz.
I also take enclomiphene, 12mg twice weekly. That has brought my testosterone up to 800-900, after being in the dumps at 330 (which the medical system didn't consider enough to treat despite symptoms). I'm thinking about adding tesamorelin to improve sleep, recovery and visceral fat loss.
And finally, I'm trying to help my wife with hormone shit when it's hard to get her doctors to take her needs seriously.
I have an academic background and can read scientific papers, do number-adjacent stuff, and compile research. So this body hacking hobby also make my brain happy on the side.
