36M, and 31Kg has come off since starting with Mounjaro. Unfortunately the cost of MJ shot up, so Wegovy was the switch. It didn't really have any effect, so switching back was necessary. The cost is really too high, so Grey it is. Tirz for now, though Reta and/or others are worth exploring.
