Just getting started — my 2nd Reta dose went in a couple of days back. Honestly, I feel fantastic. Keto was my earlier path, and it took me past 100 lbs lost; then things got really tough, and once 50 lbs came back on, I knew I had to switch things up, which is why I'm here now. My goal is to soak up whatever knowledge I can, and what I've come across on this site so far has impressed me. Oh, and I'm 45.

Glad to have you!

You've found the right place to pick things up—I hung around quietly for a good while and picked up a lot.

How's the reta treating you up to now?

I've used peptides for a while, though this is my first time with a GLP. I began Reta recently, and this morning I had bloodwork taken; there's another draw scheduled in 2 weeks, then one more at the 3-month mark. Excited for what's ahead, and equally eager to absorb whatever knowledge I can, using my blood results as evidence to understand how my body and my protocol interact on the way to a healthier life.

Let us know how your results turn out.

Glad you're here! Seeing so many folks in the 35 - 50 range and older exploring peptides (GLP and others) is really encouraging. They truly do help. Don't hesitate to post questions — plenty of members are welcoming, knowledgeable, and happy to share what they know. Fingers crossed Reta is doing its thing for you! My routine is a split dose: tirz on Friday nights, Reta on Mondays.

Reta is what I'm getting ready to begin, and I couldn't be more thrilled!

Keto/Carnivore is my approach as well, and through that I've dropped 20 pounds. My hope is that adding Reta will push results even further.

It caught me off guard that you put some weight back on. Was it a matter of drifting away from Keto?

For me, the biggest key has been putting Steak, Eggs, and Butter first. They're incredibly satiating and packed with nutrients, and they "quiet the noise" in a way that sounds a lot like what I've heard about Reta and Tirz.

Another thing that's made a big difference: HIIT workouts 3x per week. I'd strongly suggest it if you want to boost fat loss.

Hi there!

I'm also just starting out. This forum has taught me quite a bit, and I'm in week 7 of my Reta path, down 22lbs. My approach has been low and slow: 1mg through the first 5 weeks, and I'm now in my second week at 2mg.

I feel better than I have in a long time.

Wishing you the best 🎸⚡️🌹

Glad to have you here! Did you check out Semiglutide or Trizepatide too?
