Hi all,
I'm new to this space and have lately started exploring peptides, aiming to absorb whatever knowledge I can. Fat loss, recovery, and keeping my strength up for calisthenics are my main priorities.
I'm still working things out, so any genuine tips or personal stories you can share would mean a lot. Excited to pick things up from everyone here.
Glad to have you here
My advice would be to hold off on the temptation to try every peptide at once and pile them into a stack. If you do that, there is no way to tell which one is actually doing anything, and you will end up locked into all of them because you will credit the whole stack for the benefits when only 1 or 2 are really carrying the load.
In your position, I would suggest beginning with a GLP-1 for fat loss. When it comes to blunting appetite, Tirzepatide comes out ahead, and its anti-inflammatory profile is stronger than Retatrutide's. If joint pain or other inflammation-driven problems are part of your picture, the inflammation control from Tirzepatide by itself can make a major difference.
While you are dropping weight, it could also make sense to add GHK-CU, with the hope that it supports collagen production and reduces the loose skin that may show up after you reach your goal weight. A daily collagen peptide powder mixed into your coffee or another drink would help too. That said, I cannot recall a convincing before-and-after that would be strong enough evidence that GHK-CU has performed a miracle on loose skin, but it may be doing something during weight loss, and I think it is a peptide many people are using while losing weight.
Beyond that, I would not rush into other peptides and stack a bit of everything, because you will probably spend money on a pile of peptides without knowing which one is actually working. If you have other issues that you believe extra peptides would help, then bring them in gradually and track how they perform. It is tough to resist the pull of a bunch of peptides that all sound like a miracle cure and stack them all, but I do not think it is worth the price/cost of doing this if you cannot tell which is actually offering any benefit to you.
All the best on your journey
