I'm a man past 60, and my introduction to peptides came about because I wanted a route toward better health—plainly put, to be healthier. On one side of my family, weight-driven health problems run strong, and not long ago a family friend passed away from non-alcoholic cirrhosis of the liver, a condition I hadn't even realized existed. I learned afterward that fatty liver was where it began, and things worsened from that point. I too was told I have a low-percentage fatty liver, which the doctor described as something most people carry to some degree. His words were that I have nothing to worry about, yet watching how badly that friend's situation advanced makes me determined that mine won't follow the same path. So I've set out on a mission to assist myself and the people I care about in getting their weight under control and improving their overall health. What I didn't expect was that my "3 hour tour" aboard the S.S. Minnow would strand me on a Peptide Island.

With all that said, I've picked up a fair amount of knowledge on this subject lately, though I'm nowhere near an expert. What I've come to see in the peptide space is that plenty of options exist that can genuinely help people live healthier, better lives—but the same space can drain your wallet. I keep noticing folks combining peptides at random, either stacking ones that overlap by targeting identical receptors or goals, or ones that cancel each other out. To me, that's money wasted—money some people have, but most do not.

Unfortunately, several members of my family can't cover the cost of GLP-1's and the other tools that would help them move toward better health. My purpose in being here is to sort out what actually works, what doesn't, what deserves priority and what doesn't, and to identify the cheapest route I can use to support my family and friends along that path.

What we've been running since November of last year:

Reta - Currently using

BPC-157 - TB-500 - Wolverine stack - and Mots-C.

My wife's weight loss has stalled on 8mg Reta and looking into starting a mitochondrial stack to jump start it.

week 1-4 - SS-31 (1mg per day) - NAD+ (50mg per day M-W-F) - Mots-C (10mg per week split into 3 doses) Thoughts of running Mot-C alternate days of the NAD+ but not sure if it really mattersrunning it that way?

Week 5-8 - SS-31 (1.5mg per day) - NAD+ (75mg per day M-W-F) - Mots-C (10mg per week split into 3 doses)

Week 9-12 - Nad+ (75mg per day M-W-F) - Mots-C (10mg per week split into 3 doses)
