Newcomer Intro: Determined Not to Fall for a Scam Again!

Hey all! It’s great to be part of this group! I spent more than a month doing what I thought was proper research, yet I still ended up getting scammed…everything appeared totally legit, from the hundreds of reviews, coa’s and “successful arrival” pics…so embarrassing! I’m here with humility so that never happens again!

That's rough — sorry you went through that! I always verify the contact details twice, whether it's from here or the STG vendor list. There are way too many fakes floating around!

What this tells me is that you skipped over plenty of threads and scam alerts, and you didn't pick your verdor off the vendors list or reach out the right way after checking their reviews — otherwise a month of research here wouldn't have ended in a scam. Right now, every vendor in the verndors section is safe. Prices differ only slightly, shipping times aren't the same, certain ones offer better quality, and others carry a much wider range of peptide sorts. Safe, though — all of them.

Talking about sources isn't something you're permitted to do yet, even when a scam really did happen to you. The only route is to message a moderator or forum admin directly and explain your problem. Should they find your claim convincing and agree it's a genuine scam, they may grant you permission to discuss it.

Before anything else, head to the scam alerts section and go through the guidelines carefully, even if that's something you've already done. Fail to do so and you're breaking the rules, which risks keeping you a novice for far longer and could even get you banned.

This isn't meant as a comment. Rather, it serves as a heads-up regarding the rules and a description of what the fallout could look like, should things escalate to another level. There's no requirement for it to concern a particular source. The thread deals with sourcing, and others are interested in learning more about that. It didn't take long for me to realize what was going on once I'd paid. Next thing I knew, they were hitting me up for absurd fees to ship internationally. Good thing the order I placed was a small one.

I haven't been through that myself, luckily, though recently I've spotted groups packed with members that turn out to be scammers. They're quite skilled at what they do, I'd say — they even post reminders telling people not to trust anyone who reaches out. You also have to watch the discussions and feedback very carefully. What was the member count for that group?

Exactly! The photos and feedback were everywhere, and I got completely taken in! That group had more than 900 members!
