Newcomer here, eager to learn

I'm a 41 year old guy from the Mississippi delta, a southern boy, and I'm completely new to this forum. I have 2 kids and I really want to be around to watch them grow up and get married. Right now I'm using reta, and motc is on its way. I'm excited to gain more knowledge about peptides and cut costs in the process.

What a coincidence — 41 is my age too, and I’m over here on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

My current stack: Reta, Tirzepatide, MT2, Sermorelin, and GHK-CU. 😵‍💫

Best of luck

First, get the fundamentals in order: nutrition, sleep, and training (if you can), and only after that consider peptides

At 298 lbs, I switched to the carnivore diet and dropped to roughly 215. That way of eating wasn’t something I could keep up long term, so roughly 30 lbs came back. I’m on Reta because of insulin resistance and a habit of overeating. The food noise was terrible.

I'm the same age, and my current stack includes Reta, tesa, bpc, ghk-cu, selank, and nad. I had been taking mots, but I set it aside for now until my employment situation gets sorted.
What's your experience been like so far?

Things have been going really well up to now. I'd stalled out with my training and the scale had stopped moving. Thanks to Reta, I'm now at nearly the same number I weighed back in my 20s.

That’s exactly what I need. A high calcium score gave me a scare. For my wife and kids, I’m working to get my health back on track.

So my bloodwork also showed general improvement. It really threw my doctor for a loop. I didn't mention the peptides to him, though.

I've been trying to locate that thread, but no luck so far — I'm still getting the hang of moving around this site. The PDF did get saved to my device back then, though uploading it here is something I haven't worked out yet either. Lol. Anyway, best of luck with your journey; if the file doesn't turn up, send me a message down the road and with any luck I'll have sorted out how to pass it along 😂

That's exactly my situation. Wishing you a smooth journey; I haven't begun mine yet (referring to inj, I mean - workouts, absolutely).

A really solid PDF piece is circulating in this community covering the NAD, ss31, mots c stack — it "sounds" like the best possible mitochondria fix for those of us getting older. I just don't know the way to share the link. It takes a while to get through, but it's worth it.
Should you figure out a way to pass it along, I'd be glad to take a look

Hey everyone! I'm a 43-year-old woman and I'm just getting started with all of this. So far I haven't tried any peptides at all, but I went ahead and made my initial purchase yesterday evening. I picked up Triz, Ghk-cu, and Semax. I had been thinking about selank too — what has it been like for you?

Selank has been great for me. I haven't noticed any side effects. The main thing I was after was improved focus during work hours, and it seems to deliver on that pretty effectively. I also notice I'm much more relaxed while using it. As for Semax, I'm planning to work it into my stack soon—my order just arrived, so I'll be adding it within the next few weeks.

Hi! Just so you know, the way to repair your mitochandira is by taking SS-31!

Ss31 is something I'd recommend too. This goes double when MOTS c is on your schedule. Do an ss31 cycle ahead of your mots cycle
