Hi everyone, I'm a 38-year-old based in the UK,

and I'm just starting out in the peptide scene. Previously, I bought some research peptide vials from a supplier in the U.S., but I've quickly become frustrated with the reseller side of things and am now exploring the Chinese market.

This forum is excellent—I've been digging deep into various peptides and am keen to hear more firsthand experiences on everything from dosages to quality to mixing and all the details.

Right now, I'm using Reta 2.5ml and have come across some KLOW stacks that I plan to test out.

MOTS C is probably what I'll look into next, I reckon.

At your age, brother, SS-31 deserves a look before MOTS-C.

By 38, your mitochondria have already picked up some oxidative stress damage.

Sort out the upper intake manifold first — then think about bolting on a twin turbo kit.

I'm not the original poster, though I do value the insight shared by @TheEngineer. This community is great

hey mate. I'm in the UK too and just starting out with this, and much like yourself I'm here to learn more so I can put it to use

Hi, I'm new here too!

I've been using Reta for roughly 10 weeks now.

For me it's still a pretty low dose at 2mg per week, but the side effects hit me hard.

I'm a big fan of peptides, and I began stacking CJC/IPAM alongside my reta — that combination has worked really well.

In the past I bought from US based markets as well, but the grey markets gave me better results and customer service.

Happy Research!

Have you begun using anything yet, mate?
Haven't started yet, mate — still working on building up trust in where to buy from, and hoping to pick up some Reta plus GLOW if I can. Other than that, I'd say I'm pretty comfortable with how to administer it, though extra tips are never a bad thing 😂

The key piece is really just building trust in a supplier; the administration aspect feels fine to me. I'd welcome additional pointers on dosages and dilutions. I suppose that's all part of the research

I'll check out SS-31 at some point, mate—is it similar to SLU? Thanks for the assistance

How's your research coming along, mate?

But doesn't Reta also assist with that, mate?

In my view, Reta is the base you start from. It delivers a LOT of benefits, though its strongest effect is clearly fat reduction. That becomes even more pronounced when the dosage goes up.

I always explain to people that Reta acts as the groundwork you put everything else on top of. In the same way, Testosterone serves as the groundwork for an anabolic cycle.

If you're asking for my straightforward recommendation, I'd sequence it like this. SLU isn't a must-have, but anecdotal reports suggest it performs incredibly well alongside this stack. Particularly when you're training in the gym.

1. Reta

2. SS-31

3. SLU-PP-332 + MOTS-C

Appreciate it mate, yeah the gym and diet are dialled in.

Reta is sitting at 2.5 at the moment, but I'll bump it to 4ml this week, then SS31 comes in ahead of mots c. Thanks a lot for the help and guidance @TheEngineer

I'm in the same boat when it comes to figuring out doses and mixing ratios! The real amount you get hinges on how concentrated the solution is once it's reconstituted and how much you pull into the syringe, so working through the numbers isn't always quick.

My main goal right now is finding a dilution that holds up over time, so that as I move up in dose with a 100 unit syringe, I can still hit the exact mg I'm aiming for at every step.

Before anything else, make sure you understand the correct way to reconstitute your SLU. SLU is HYDROPHOBIC. Reconstituting it with BAC water causes it to precipitate out, which means you end up with a hole in your pocket. DMSO is what must be used for reconstitution. After that, the DMSO/SLU solution gets TITRATED into a sterile vial that holds your sterile back water. Compared with how you recon everything else, this is essentially reversed, plus there is 1 additional step.

Happy to assist, brother.

Glad you found us — it's good to see you posting.

I'm 55, male, based in Maine, USA, and peptides are something I've been learning about for some time now. Tirzepatide and retatrutide are both part of my history, and at the moment I'm considering whether to bring tesamorelin and KLOW into my stack. This morning was actually my first time doing a reconstitution, so the learning curve you're on is one I'm climbing too.

U.S. resellers were where I began as well, and later I became interested in what else is out there — particularly after seeing how widely quality, sourcing, and transparency can differ. One of the most valuable things about this community has been hearing firsthand accounts from others: how they mix, what they check in purity reports, and how they size up providers.

You said you're on Reta and looking into KLOW stacks — I'd be curious to hear how that works out. Plenty of people here share their experiences, though it's worth keeping in mind that responses can differ greatly between individuals, and speaking with a qualified healthcare professional matters when anything affecting metabolism, hormones, or body composition is involved.

I'll need to look for that around here, since BAC Water is all I've been using for my peps. Thanks again @TheEngineer, I appreciate it

As for reta, I'm taking 2.5ml right now and will be bumping it up to 5ml per week.

I've also just begun Klow, but it gave me a really unpleasant stinging sensation and a sort of ache afterward at the injection site, so I mixed in additional BAC Water and that took care of it.

So far I haven't seen much change in either skin elasticity or the annoying little aches that the Wolverine stack is supposed to address (clearly that includes components of the Klow Blend), but it's only been about a week, so I'll stick with it.

After hearing @TheEngineer, my next step is ss31 to give my microchondia a jump start before moving on to MOTS C.

I'm honestly amazed by all the quality peps available these days; the only real obstacle left for me is pinning down a reliable supplier and figuring out how Crypto payments function, since I've never used Crypto before—it's all a learning process.

Reta is what I just began this week, at 2mg, and I'm pretty much a beginner too. My plan is to stay at 2mg weekly for a while and watch what happens. Before this, Tirz was my regimen for a full year. There isn't really extra weight left for me to drop, but keeping it from returning matters to me.

As for crypto, I got zero assistance with that purchase process. Working out how to buy b t c through Cash App and then use it to pay was something I managed on my own. No difficulty at all.

ss31 and mot-c have caught my attention for energy purposes. At 55, energy plus the drive to work out is what I struggle with most these days. Running and lifting are things I do, yet my motivation has dropped a lot.

Avoid sending funds straight to the vendor through Cash App. Sooner or later, that choice will come back to bite you. Instead, route the payment through a third-party wallet first—Exodus tends to be the go-to option in this community—and only then complete the transaction with the vendor.
