I'm thinking about switching from Mounjaro over to Reta. I've taken a pause from Mounjaro — currently 6 weeks in — and I feel ready to move forward. What I'm unsure about is what liquid I should use to mix with the powder inside the vial. My plan is to begin at 1 or 2mg; I just haven't decided which yet!

Do plenty of reading over on the dedicated weight loss forum, and a peptide calculator online is a big help.

Studies began with 2mg each week and then reassessed after 4 weeks, prior to increasing the dose.

A number of folks prefer starting with 1mg just to check their response.

I'm no authority on the subject, so again, put in some time on the forums

Be certain you have your measurements straight, and rely on a reconstitution calculator. Get it wrong, and you'll have no idea what dose you're actually taking.

For mixing, use BAC, and Hospira brand is the better choice. If you need help with the mixing, just share the vial's mg amount, and I'll let you know the BAC volume to put in and the units per mg.
Question removed: The top of the forum section makes it clear that this area is not meant for questions and answers.

If you keep browsing this forum, you will come across instructions on how to mix your peptides. It can be a bit puzzling in the beginning, but you will figure it out. Best of luck.

I began at 0.5mg just to check I wouldn't have any strange response, then the following day took another 0.5mg so as not to waste a week. Certain individuals are extremely sensitive, and beginning at 2mg could leave someone feeling awful for a week with no valid cause.

Not long ago, people here had a solid conversation about UK sources for BAC water.

Thanks to some help from others, I've placed my order 😊

We're a drought 😂 💧

Best of luck! Fill us in on your choice and the results you get. Tirz has worked great for me, though Reta appears to offer plenty of advantages as well.

I spent roughly 5 months on compounded Tirz., never going above 3mg each week, and dropped around 75lbs. Each week I do a 72-hour fast, I get in at least 30 minutes of walking every day wearing a weighted back pack, and I hit the weights 3-4 times weekly. In December my provider moved me over to Reta., beginning at 4mg weekly, and I've since worked up to 6mg weekly — yet the scale hasn't budged at all, which is pretty frustrating. The reason I wanted to make the change to Reta. was that I'd heard it does a better job of sparing muscle, and while I was on Tirz. I couldn't keep up with my protein goals.
