Hey everyone

I'm in my late 30s and was always very slim...that is, until 4 kids came along! My appetite still isn't large, yet somehow I've been carrying extra weight and just don't feel like myself. Dropping 10 lbs would be amazing for me, though 20-30 would be the dream...I avoid the scale since I'd rather not obsess over numbers.

Started 1 mg of reta on Tuesday and I'm feeling awesome! Have zero desire for alcohol, which is a nice extra. I'm really hoping to see clear weight loss by 8 weeks because of an event. Does that sound unrealistic? I've also been upping my protein - being vegetarian, I'm aware I've been falling short, so I've added protein, plus 30 min on the elliptical and some gentle strength work.

I want to bring in SS-31 and MOTS-C next. I'm also interested in trying GHK-CU if anyone can share guidance on that 🙂

Appreciate you all!

Over the course of 8 weeks, you're bound to drop some pounds. The exact amount comes down to the size of the caloric deficit you keep up. Reta is sure to give you a real boost!!

Thank you! I've never had much of an appetite...so I'm unsure whether pushing calories even lower would be safe...I'm counting on the glucagon side to carry a lot of the load...ahh I appreciate your response 🙂
