Hey everyone! I'm just starting out with all of this. Researching so many new things is a lot of fun, but actually picturing myself buying everything and going through with it feels wild. Reta is what I want to try. Once I gave ozem a shot, but my shins got sore? That was odd. Over here, IV drips at beauty clinics don't cost much, and I used to enjoy the gluth ones, so I'll check into that too. Plus something for collagen. To be honest, the whole notion of mixing your own cocktails comes across as very cosmopolitan.

Bottom line, I just need to drop weight, and what pushed me to try this was that the doctor I spoke with here about monj gave off the vibe that he was figuring it out as he went along ??

Back when repladies(rip) existed, I got used to working with vendors and vetting through reps, so I'm hoping that experience carries over here.

Here's to hitting our targets and staying away from the deep end where I start thinking about hammering my face for a jawline <3

Hello there!

When I first joined this forum, I was just as lost and swamped as you seem to be. The place is packed with useful material, but also plenty of personal takes, wins, and setbacks.

What I've come to understand about peptides—just like any other drug—is that results vary from one person to the next. The key was identifying the major shared patterns so I could tell whether something was a one-off or a broader trend.

My own path began with compounded medications before I switched over to peptides. Once I'd been using peptides for a number of months and seeing really good outcomes, a thought hit me: if I was saving this much by buying peptides, they had to be coming from somewhere. That's what kicked off my effort to figure out how to handle this on my own, giving me greater say and understanding of what I was actually getting.

I got a notepad and started going through the forums, jotting down every new thing I picked up and striking out entries once I discovered that some info I'd assumed was solid wasn't so solid after all. A few days later, I was finally getting a clearer picture of the different peptide vendors, social media, marketing, testing labs, and so on.

Right? There is so much of it. That little notepad is lovely, but I currently have about a thousand browser tabs sitting open.

Hi Daisy,

That whole "thousand tabs" situation? I'm living it too. For the last 7 days I've been digging into every corner of this topic, and the amount I've picked up is honestly surprising. Last night my browser gave out on me — too many tabs at once.

Getting going is something I'm really looking forward to. GLP - 1s are completely new territory for me — I've never used one — so I'm starting from zero, and I'm eager to begin.

Welcome, happy to have you! When it comes to dropping weight, Reta works really well. It's smart that you're looking into everything yourself before starting. A lot of physicians I've come across have no knowledge of glp drugs and appear to oppose them without any clear justification. What people have achieved says it all. Over 3 months I've dropped 20 pounds and I feel fantastic.

Yeah, there’s a lot to absorb. Best of luck…I’m still very much in the learning phase myself.

Haha! Chrome, by any chance? It tends to act up after a while. Best of luck~ What did you end up going with?

Whoa, that's quite a bit! What's it been like for you? From your photo it looks like you're male? I've heard men shed the pounds quicker. lol over here they'll hand them out to basically anyone who asks, even when someone's around 55kg. The catch is the cost, and honestly they don't appear to understand much about these things, so I can't justify continuing to shell out those steep consultation charges

I'm doing well. The scale keeps dropping, roughly 3-4 IBS weekly. Occasionally I feel chilly, and now and then a little worn out, though it's nothing I can't handle. My mom is on Tirz and has dropped close to 20 pounds in under a month, so she's actually shedding weight quicker than me! I figure it comes down to your routines, how you live, and your own body.

I was using Brave, which is basically in the Chrome family! Wishing you the best of luck too. Let's hope we can stop freezing our browsers while digging around for info.

This whole thing is a minefield, right?
