Only 3 weeks into this, using R a, and honestly I've got no clue if what I've got is the real deal. I'm a total beginner and only recently stumbled onto all of this — yep, I'm that cave lady lol.

Week 1 I did .5 mg, then bumped to 1 mg for the past 2 weeks on R ta. Scale hasn't moved at all. I am eating slightly less than before. Just wondering if I'm messing something up or not.

Right now I'm 99kgs, aiming for 60kg, and I'm 162cm. My shape is apple-ish, so my back aches and my feet hurt too — I've had plantar fasciitis injuries before.

The weight loss benefits won't become noticeable until a few weeks have passed.

What's your mental state like while on 1mg? The usual approach is to move up to 2mg next, then to 4mg (after titration, 4mg is the standard maintenance dose). If you can go about your day as usual without any side effects at 2mg and then at 4mg, staying at 4mg should work well for you until you've reached your weight loss goal 🙂

Honestly, I'm doing okay

I live with bdp and depression, though those symptoms haven't shifted, and the side effects have been quite mild aside from fatigue. That said, I'm putting in roughly 80 hrs weekly, and there are slow periods within those hours

Week 1 I began at .05mg, then weeks 2 and 3 were 1mg, and this week I'm looking to move up to 2mg

Understood — if fatigue is hitting you, don't skimp on carbs! Reta enhances glucose management and how your body distributes energy from meals, so for consistent energy levels, include carbs from wholesome options (potatoes, honey, fruit) and ideally that will lift your mood!

Stay at the lower doses for now, and once you increase gradually in a safe way, the weight will begin to come off. This is the same thing I told Mrs Mac earlier today.

Hello! Honestly, there are likely some peptides that could genuinely assist with the problems you're dealing with. Look into things properly, and you're welcome to hop into the Aussie thread if you've got any questions about the local scene - /community-link/thread/12043/
