Hi all. I'm a 36-year-old male, 6’3, 130kg/285lb. For some time I've been taking a low dose of Reta along with cjc/ipa. I'm physically active, but weight and dieting have always been a challenge. I usually started with good intentions, yet my demanding work life meant nothing lasted long enough to make a real difference. Reta has given me the will power/motivation to stick to a much healthier lifestyle. I've read a lot and listened to podcasts etc, but a few unanswered questions brought me to make a profile on here.

I'm eager to learn more every day.

Cheers

Hello, good to meet everyone. I'm curious about what unwanted effects, if any, you experienced while using cjc/ipa and reta? Thanks

Nope, none as of yet. My appetite has been seriously suppressed by the reta. Having 3 small meals daily with zero snacking in between is no problem for me. It's not that I couldn't eat — I just don't have much interest, which is a massive change from how things have been my whole life up to this point.

As for the cjc/ipa, I can't say I've picked up on anything especially noteworthy. I've been going pretty hard at the gym lately, so there's a decent chance it's aiding my recovery, though that's tough to actually quantify.

I've only just put in an order for genotropin (Pfizer hgh), and I'm looking forward to trying it at a moderate dose. It'll be fascinating to see how it affects my igf1 tests.

Greetings from Northern NSW. Luckily, no side effects hit me either, and just like you, getting past 3 meals daily is a real battle. Snacking isn't something I even consider, particularly since there's zero hunger. Strange how it flips—previously the challenge was resisting food, and now it's forcing myself to eat. I've been stuck on a plateau for more than 3 weeks at this point, and the advice I get is "eat more" 😱 to break through it. Discovering Reta has completely changed things for me, that's certain. Wishing you all the best.

Yeah, it really is incredible. I can’t imagine being open with my friends or family about using an experimental drug that I inject myself with, so when my wife asks why I’m not hungry, finding an answer has been tough.

It’s as if I’ve stumbled onto a shortcut for eating well that I never believed could exist.

Wishing you the best on your path.
