What's up everyone,

I'm a 41-year-old father of 1 from New York, and my marriage isn't in a great place right now.

My age has started hitting me hard, so I finally signed up at a gym for the very first time. My stressful blue-collar work wasn't enough on its own to stop the weight from creeping up.

After doing a lot of quiet reading, I found my way into the Tg/Wa/Stg world and placed my first order roughly a month back.

My stack is Reta, cjc/ipa, and motsc. My wife is running reta and GhkCu.

So far: 0.5Mg Reta10 for 3 weeks.

150mcg cjc/ipa, 5 on 2 off

200mcg Mots C on Mon, Wed, Fri

The results have been outstanding. I can't say for sure whether it's all the Peps or the fact that I'm finally putting protein first and have removed over 80% of processed junk, but either way it's fucking exciting.

I've been following the TGs and picking up a ton, but it's tough to stay current overnight when you wake up to 5700 new messages plus all the scammers with their endless BS. After hearing about this forum mentioned for days over there, I decided to give it a try. Excited to be part of the community and learn from all of you.

Lately I've been reading about TRT and I'm very interested in possibly adding that into the mix.

Thanks for letting me join this community and build on something that appears to genuinely help people and matter.

So here's to playing scientists and Long live the peps.

Hello, and welcome!!!! It's wonderful that you're beginning your journey…. I began with cjc/ipa as well, and used it for quite a while — 6 months. The results came very slowly, mainly fat and sleep; it didn't do much for muscle. I switched to Hgh quickly, since it costs less and works faster. I've also just added motsc into the mix, but I'm waiting for my ss-31 to arrive — it's a must for motsc …

Yeah, I'm holding out for ss3 to come back in stock. I gave the Mots a try, but in the end I figured out that it's really smarter to "repair" the mitochondria first using ss31, or else do both at the same time.

A large order is on its way to me — it should arrive sometime this week.

I would like to know your thoughts on cjc/ipa, as it has caught my attention. What dosage have you used, and over what period? Have you noticed any particular benefits from it?

Running cjc/ipa costs a lot and progress comes slowly; Hgh is both less expensive and quicker.

So we're roughly 5 weeks in now. For the first 4 weeks I was at 150mcg with a 5on 2 off schedule, and this week I bumped it to 200mcg. What really stood out, showing up around week 2, was the sleep. For the past 20 years a full night's rest has been a battle for me, largely because of all those years of substance abuse, and my brain just gets wired at night. But these last 3 weeks have been STUNNING. I'm waking up seemingly right in the proper sleep cycle, and I can jump straight out of bed with no grogginess at all. Whether that's the cjc/ipa or simply the fact that I'm finally getting real rest, I can't say, but the mental clarity has been incredible as well. Put those 2 things together with being 17lbs down, and I'm just thrilled to keep pushing in the right direction and find out how far this can really go.

On the HGH question, I'm completely with you. If sourcing it had been an option for me, that's the path I would have taken without question, but as things stand I'm really happy with the progress and I'll be adding TRT into the routine soon for an extra boost.

Yeah, it helps a lot with sleep, plus it can cut some fat.
