New Vendor - Should we be concerned?

I looked into the test-result picture that a vendor in this group posted. It lists 10mg Tirz, yet the testing result was 63mg. Scanning the barcode leads to another image, and that one shows Triz 60mg was tested. Is this fake? Should we worry that this is a scam?

Scan that QR code and you land on Jano's site — the COA there was revised, and it now reads Tirzepatide 60mg.
