Lately I've been digging into a wide range of peptides, mostly ones aimed at fat loss and healing/recovery.

I've got a full set of blood test results on file, so hopefully that gives me some solid data to work from.

Honestly I'm not sure where to begin, though YouTube clips have been pretty useful so far.

As far as I can tell, my peptides will need to live in the fridge.

The figure I keep seeing quoted is 28 days.

For keeping things sterile I'll presumably need to stock up on a lot of alcohol wipes, insulin syringes and similar supplies.

Happy to hear any advice — and criticism too.

Welcome! After doing a lot of reading on this forum and watching many YouTube videos covering the different topics, I made the decision to begin with the basics: syringes plus plenty of wipes for cleaning my work area and vials.

No need to stress about room in the fridge — only the vial(s) you've reconstituted have to go in there!

Right now I keep the dry powder in my freezer, though that isn't strictly necessary.

Everyone here has been really helpful in my experience, so go ahead and ask questions 😊

Yoo, welcome

Give the lid a wipe with alcohol before you draw the peptide out.

Stinging? That's normally down to alcohol still wet on your skin.

Once the dose is in, keep the needle in place for 3-5 seconds so residuals settle.

For me, going in at 90 degrees rather than straight has meant less pain.

Happy vialing
