Hey everyone,

I've just joined the Reta Cadre and my first dose is today: 2mg, taken twice weekly.

As of this morning I weighed 141,5 kg (roughly 300ish lbs) and I'm 188cm tall — that has to change starting now.

The goal I'm aiming for is 111kg by the time my birthday comes around in July.

Curious to see how this plays out.

Alongside this, I'm beginning a wolverine stack for an ankle fracture I'm healing, and I'm also planning to run a KLOW cycle once my shipment from the east shows up, hoping it might help keep my skin somewhat tight.

best regards

Isn't 2mg twice weekly a pretty steep dose to begin reta with? The usual advice tends to be to begin at a lower amount and work upward, which helps dodge issues such as constipation and nausea.

Another person on reta checking in. Going with 2mg, 2x/week strikes me as somewhat aggressive. My own start was 2mg 6 weeks back, and at this point I'm at 5mg. Since your first shot was only yesterday, my suggestion would be to see how you're feeling before taking the second one. During the first 2 weeks I dealt with headaches and bad sleep, but after that things have been mostly okay. Opinions and starting doses vary wildly. Wishing you the best, and I'm eager to hear how it goes for you

Hello there, fellow German! Wishing you all the best, and I'll be keeping an eye on how things go for you with KLOW — it's something I've been thinking about trying too.

About 5 weeks back, I began with 2 mg each week, and today I'm moving up to 5 mg. Looking forward to seeing results! ;-)

Did your diet or exercise routine change at all? I'm curious how much of the effect comes from the peptide alone.

Nope, none of that lifestyle adjustment stuff...basically can't be done once you've passed 65 ;-)
