New to the community from Mexico, prescribed Ozempic — looking for advice to make things easier

Male, 34, based in Monterrey. Ozempic was prescribed to me 1 week ago, but I haven't worked up the nerve to begin. I'm worried about doing it wrong. Right now I weigh 205 lbs, and my goal is to get back down to 160 lbs.
