M20, 5’10”. Right now I’m in the middle of a cut, sitting at 180lbs after starting around 190lbs. I stick to 1800cal per day and aim for 10k steps, either by running or by walking at 12 incline and 3.3 speed. My goal is to reach roughly 160lbs. This summer I’d love to be lean for the first time. Can’t wait to post updates and talk with everyone here. Any tips are welcome — I’m all ears!

Have you placed the order already? If you have, what sources did you use to gather everything required? Things like bac water, for example. Plus needles too, and other similar items. Those details leave me somewhat puzzled, and I've been attempting to look through this forum, though its search function isn't great...

My circumstances are quite close to yours. Wishing you the best as you get started! Don't forget to maintain high protein intake during the calorie deficit. There's also a ton of useful guidance and firsthand stories across these forums. I've been quietly reading here for several days and it's a flood of information!

You can pick up needles either from a pharmacy nearby or through amazon. The ones made for insulin are the best option. As for Hospira bac water, that's available through various sites online too. To mix it with the bac water you'll want larger needles, though the ideal gauge slips my mind right now. When it comes to bac water, Hospira is the brand the industry treats as standard, and a lot of people say don't bother with any other kind.

After looking into it further, I reached the same conclusion. I've already picked up 100 g30 needles, 1ml syringes, and 20 sealed vials at 20ml each. The only thing left is larger syringes and needles for the reconstitution step — I figure 10ml syringes should do it. Reta is ordered too!

What’s your source for the good info? Everything here is spread out across so many threads that locating organized material feels nearly impossible. I wish there were a full set of guide threads, the way older forums handled niche subjects.

Hello. I'm new here too, but there's a ton of useful material on this site — you just need to look up the terms related to whatever you're trying to learn about.

As an example, I've picked up a lot about BAC water, cleanliness concerns, why you shouldn't get it from the supplier, plus checking the testing certificates for anything you plan to buy ahead of time, and possibly joining group tests so what you receive matches what you expect.

Because all of us newcomers can only post within this forum, asking questions directly is somewhat trickier, but the information exists — you'll just need to dig a bit more since members can't be questioned as freely.

Hope that's useful

That's a good point. I picked up bac water from the same vendor too. Realistically, how many folks are actually running tests and sourcing bac water from verified labs? Sure, that would be the smart move if health is the priority. And yeah, searching helps, but there's always stuff you're not even aware you should look for. Would be great if someone just condensed like 24 threads into one place, built specifically so newcomers can grasp how this whole ecosystem fits together.
