Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum and have been using Reta for 1 month, now in my 2nd month and at 3.5mg. For some reason I'm experiencing more food noise than usual. If someone could point me in the best direction, I'd appreciate it — I want to learn more here.

Mine was pretty rough at the start too, though since moving to another supplier the noise has completely disappeared

In all honesty, it generally needs a minimum of 3 to 4 weeks for a real buildup to happen in your body. On top of that, you’re moving up in dose far too quickly. A better approach would likely have been beginning at 0.5 to 1mg and remaining at that level for roughly 4 weeks prior to raising it. With Reta, a lower amount tends to work better. Have you had your retatrutide tested at any point?

Yea I’ve been using it for roughly a month th, currently on my second vial. Down around 12lbs, but the last 2 weeks I haven’t dropped anything at 2.5, then bumped to 3mg and still no change. My guy got back to me saying my vials came back at 9.89mg. I’m spending a lot on them, 100$ a vial, I know I’m overpaying since I’m new to this but still. Idk I might switch suppliers to get better results. How can I message ppl on here

I began with .5, moved up to 1mg and stayed there 2 weeks, then 1.5, then 2, continuing that way. I'm not sure—I believe my product is weak. I sent him an email
