Hey everyone,
I'm a male, nearly 30, standing 6ft, and my weight has been a battle since highschool. I'd say I'm fairly active — my job in the trades keeps me moving, and at home I stay busy with renovations (a few years back I bought a fixer upper..) — yet my weight still sits around 235-245lbs.
Sure, I could squeeze in a few gym sessions each week, but honestly, with 3rd shift work plus everything else on my plate as a husband and father, the gym ranks dead last on my list of priorities.
What draws me to this peptide stuff is weight loss first, obviously, but also improved sleep and reduced alcohol cravings. That last point matters a lot to me, since I began drinking at a young age. I'm hesitant to call myself an alcoholic, because it isnt a destructive force in my life, but I definitely drink much more than I should.
So yeah, thats a bit about me.. My plan is to go really slow and soak up as much information as possible before I commit to anything.
Thanks for reading!
