Hi there!

I began using reta back in June, and added Mots-c 2 weeks ago. I'm still picking things up as I go. Happy to have found this place.

Glad to have you aboard! I'm only just starting out here myself, but the folks around this place are generous with what they know and quick to share it 🙂 Lovely handle, by the way

Thanks! That's encouraging. I jumped in with almost no research and some pretty poor guidance, so I'm eager to pick up more. These days I know a bit more, though there's always something new to learn.

What's your total weight loss while using Reta? And what about your hunger levels? Currently I'm using Tirz, but I've hit a plateau at 10 mg, and I'm worried that bumping up the dose won't help me drop any additional pounds. So I'm starting to consider Reta for the future.

Down roughly 12 lbs at this point. Since Reta is the only one I've used, I can't speak to switching over from Tirz. There's no question the appetite suppression is real. I find myself having to remind myself to eat and push myself to hit my calorie and protein targets.

How are things going with mots-c? Have you managed to recover the energy that reta took away?

I began reta and I'm dealing with a fair amount of fatigue. I hit the gym 5 times per week and have football once a week, and it's during football practice that the tiredness really hits me. I'm considering adding mots-c to help offset that.

Hello everyone! I'm at the very beginning of this journey. Although I've looked into things somewhat, I have yet to take an initial dose of any compound. My goal is to gain a better understanding of the various Peptides out there, in case there might be another one I could add alongside to boost my general wellness and outcomes.

Reta hasn't caused me much tiredness overall, though I believe mots-c contributes to having more energy. I hit the gym 4-5 days each week too, and my performance hasn't improved dramatically. Next week I'm going to raise my dosage.

I began reta and felt tired (likely due to barely eating and dropping a good amount of weight). I thought I'd give Mots-c a shot for 1 week, but after reading on this forum I learned it's better to start with Ss-31, then combine Mots and ss31, and finally switch to Mots alone lol. My ss31 shows up tomorrow, so I'll run 2mg per day M-F for 1 month to "repair" Mitochondrial health, then introduce Mots and observe the results.
