Hey all.

42, male. Because of my job, I end up doing more than 1 complete medical workup annually, and after years of elevated LDL (~190mg/dL or ~4.9mmol/L), statins were prescribed by the doctors. My BMI sat around 27.2, which also leaves a note on the medicals. So I chose to begin low dose Mounjaro, hoping it would assist with the final effort to get under 25 and keep the medical clean.

This last month has been a total surprise, though. -5kg during the first 14 days, then another -1kg over the following 6 days. No constant battling with snack-related thoughts. What the heck.

Anyway, I went deep into the research rabbit hole. It turns out my parents had already been considering peptide therapy, and my wife as well. They encouraged me to keep going further.

I've been putting together a spreadsheet of notes for myself.

I only ran the mixing calculations for the first time today, and I'll come back to verify them again. If I've gotten something wrong, a heads up would be welcome, but I'll be checking them a third time eventually.

I'm located in one of the major SE Asian capitals. Local sellers here don't appear to care about CoAs, and the single one I found who does is priced absurdly, so joining up here to learn the correct way to do everything made sense. Also found some excellent instructional videos on YT

I will absolutely be filtering the mixes (the threads on here from earlier this year gave me confidence that filtering does work) and doing my best to stay as sterile as possible. More importantly, I've been eyeing both colours of the Xiulin 3, a Green Gansolin and then a couple (hopefully genuine) v4 pens too...

My first order hasn't even arrived, yet somehow I've already picked up 3 separate kinds of pens.

Looks like I'm going to need another toolbox.

Your spreadsheet puts my system to shame, honestly. My approach is a notebook, random napkins jammed beneath my laptop, sticky notes scattered around, plus a memory that keeps letting me down. And there's a calendar too—every time a new month starts, whatever I wrote there vanishes.

555 I honestly can't remember whether those notes were ever written down at all, which is why I ended up using spreadsheets just to pull whatever details I could into one place!

After 1 month, my aim is to remain at the minimum effective dose.

Seems like switching to an app instead of a spreadsheet could work. But spreadsheets are everything...

Given that you're into spreadsheets, do you know about the adaptive TDEE spreadsheet? It uses your weight and kcal to estimate your TDEE across a few weeks of use. I'm not sure whether I'm allowed to post links yet (probably not), but a search for "Adaptive TDEE tracking spreadsheet v3" should find it. It could be a fun experiment to watch how that model responds to GLP1 use.

I went and searched for it — that's pretty neat! Still, these days I'm deliberately steering clear of daily weigh-ins and logging every bite. It tends to turn into something a bit... compulsive. Maybe I'll give that new peptide bros app a shot, the one somebody here has been working on

I've been logging every day with that spreadsheet for roughly 3 months now. Once I start reta and later stop it, I may keep up the tracking so the model gets a chance to detect any bump in TDEE. It likely won't tell me much, but it could BD be interesting to claim my TDEE went up by x% (or at least that's what the model would suggest).
