I've been using Tirz for roughly 4 months and have seen solid results with weight loss. Once I got word that my insurance will make staying on Tirz much more difficult in 2026, I went ahead and bought my first vial so I could reconstitute it and figure out how it's done. I'm joining to pick things up and get prepared, because I have no plans to quit Tirz in the near future.
