Hi everyone. My whole life has been a cycle of putting on and taking off 100 lbs, over and over, and I want to finally break it. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide both worked well for me, but as soon as I quit them, the weight came right back. Evening candy is my biggest weakness when stress hits. Today I gave myself dose number 2 of retatrutide, and I'm crossing my fingers that it suits me well.

Best of luck with the whole process — you can do this 👋

How are things going for you at this point?

The candy habit hits home for me too, though since I started Reta it has been far less of a fight.

Thanks! Up to this point I've taken just 2 doses, each 2mg, and I haven't really seen any difference yet. With any luck, that will shift once my dose goes up.
