Hello everyone, I'm here to introduce myself to the community. I'm a 33-year-old guy. For several years I've been on trt and hgh, and this January I made the decision to try Reta. Over 10 weeks it brought me from 230lbs to 197. The results were amazing. It turned me into a believer in peptides. Since then I've been trying my hardest to read up and educate myself on peptides. I've been using bpc 157 and ghk-cu, and I completed a 4 week cycle of mots c.

Glad to be part of this space so I can learn more and hopefully add something useful!

Hey there, glad to be here!

In a few weeks, I intend to begin MOTS-c alongside reta.

What dosage of MOTS-c did you use?

From what I've seen, some individuals dose it every day, others only 2x per week, with amounts ranging from 1mg up to 5mg.

I exceeded the dose I'd normally suggest — 4mg on mon/wed/fri, taken fasted first thing in the morning, adding up to 12mg each week.

When combined with the Reta, the fat loss was amazing! However, by around week two, the fatigue became difficult to handle, and at that point my sleep was poor because I had increased the Reta. Right now I'm trying to regain some weight, and once I begin another cut I'll run mots c for another 4 weeks at 6mg per week, split the same way.

Friend, the people in this community are extremely supportive, so your answer will be found right here.

while source talk is off-limits here, I've found that certain ones leave me more tired (and cause less suppression) compared to others. Can't explain it since both show 99% on tests, but from what I gather peptides are quite tricky to produce so who knows!

Yeah, could be other impurities or toxins. With the grey market, it's hard to tell. But hey, it's all we've got!

For Mots-C, this seems to come up a lot....

➤ Recommended Dosage#-➤-recommended-dosage→ Typical dose: 5–15 mg per week, split into 2–3 injections

→ Injection frequency: 2–3x weekly (e.g., Monday, Wednesday, Friday)

→ Cycle length: 2–4 weeks on, followed by 2–4 weeks off

→ Injection method: Subcutaneous (abdomen, thigh, or flank area)

I chose the full 5mg on M-W-F. The results feel inconsistent to me. On certain days I wrap up my workout with plenty of energy left over; on other days I'm wiped out ??

Overall I was wiped out — though plenty of other factors might have played into it too.

For my upcoming round with mots c, the plan is either 1mg every day Monday through Friday, or going back to 2mg on 3 days each week.

That said, at 12 mg per week the fat burning effects definitely showed up for me

So today being Wednesday, I went with a 5mg dose. Given that I only managed 4 hours of sleep the night before, I doubt any adjustment would have made a difference. The workout itself went well, though by the time I finished I was completely drained.

Do you get your Test and HGH checked on a regular basis? I'd like to know what your results looked like before and after. Up to now I've focused mainly on secretagogues; and since I might want to have a child down the road, I'm cautious and mindful about that when it comes to Test.

Where I'm located, private bloodwork labs simply aren't available. My approach is to purchase from suppliers who share product testing, and beyond that I rely on subjective markers like how I feel and how I look. It's not ideal — I wish bloodwork were an option for me.

When it comes to muscle growth, test clearly delivers solid results. As for hgh, my advice would be to spend that money on additional test and Reta instead, unless your goal involves healing and you're less concerned with visible changes.

Based on what I've read, secretagogues and peptides can push you toward the upper range of normal, which is beneficial and probably quite safe. That said, if what you're after is supraphysiological effects, genuine hgh is the route to take. The one caveat is being mindful of carbohydrate timing relative to injections, since that can play a role in insulin resistance.

For years I ran gear without giving fertility much thought. Then two years ago I had another child. I stopped all compounds for a full year and ran a heavy hcg protocol. It did the job perfectly. If you'd rather play it safe, hcg and hmg can be run alongside test. That keeps the testes functioning as they should.

Sadly, that choice isn't available to us in Canada.

From my own experience traveling in Europe, I can visit a clinic, ask for an MRI, and get seen that same afternoon. Back here, you're looking at a 3-6 month wait unless the situation is a critical emergency.

Honestly, aside from the fact that it costs nothing, our healthcare system is a total mess. I would much rather hand over money to get quality care.
