Hi everyone! I'm thrilled to join this community and pick up knowledge from such a vast collection of committed researchers. So far, I've lost roughly 72lbs over the approximately 6 months since I began my GLP1 path. In every part of my life, I'm someone who loves research, so my aim here is to absorb as much as possible. Reaching my target weight will take a lengthy journey, but I'm sure I'll make it. I'm eager to meet some of you. Cheers!

Wow, that's impressive! Since November, I've also lost 70 pounds while taking Tirz! Which GLP are you using? How much more do you need to lose?

Could you share what your current regimen looks like? Have you run into any negative side effects? Wishing you the best as you pursue better health.

Appreciate it! Reta is what I'm using at the moment, though Tirz could be next for me. That's actually one of several reasons I signed up here. Nice work on your weight loss! I'm sure you're feeling great. It's definitely been a big change in my life. Before I hit my goal, I've likely got about 140lbs more to go. It's a long journey.

Right now my regimen is 5mg taken once every 6 days. The sole adverse reaction I've encountered involves a bit of skin sensitivity confined to one area; however, it's mild and fades quickly. Since it keeps coming back, I'm fairly confident the Reta is the cause.

I like the enthusiasm for research. My primary aim is to improve my health and longevity, but I also get a kick out of studying the various peptides and everything around testing them, how they're stored, quality, and so on. It brings a kind of challenge, and it makes the other possible health improvements (nutrition, exercise, sleep, etc.) more enjoyable.

Same here! I tend to get completely absorbed once curiosity takes hold. If a topic grabs my attention, I can't stop until I've gathered as much information as possible. I keep digging deeper and deeper, and just when I feel satisfied with what I've learned, a new distraction appears and I'm off chasing that instead! 🤣

You dropped roughly double the weight I did over a comparable period! Over 6 months I shed about 17kg, so let's both keep pushing forward!

I don't know your beginning point, but my starting weight was 440lbs. The bigger they are, the harder they fall. Nice job! Keep moving ahead!
