Hi everyone! I'm 18 years old and based in the UK. I'm fairly new to Peptides — I got started around December or January, but I haven't explored much beyond Retatrutide, Tirz and GHKCU. Up to now I've dropped roughly 15-20KG. I've cycled on and off Reta several times, though I've been back on it for a month and two weeks at this point, and I don't intend to stop anytime soon.

At your age, your body responds really well to training. For someone with an endomorphic build, that's a bonus. Make the most of this period to establish consistent eating and workout routines, so these compounds won't become a necessity. Figure out your maintenance calorie level and what that looks like in actual serving sizes. Keep a record of your sessions, use progressive overload along with other key methods. Learn the basics of gaining and losing weight, macronutrients, and how your own body reacts—so that these remain nothing more than…tools.

That's the exact thing I'm focused on right now. Before, my lifestyle on its own was already decent — the only issue was what I ate. These days I'm having meals that are pretty much the same, just with extra protein, and I'm staying away from snacks between meals as well as sweet treats.
