Hi everyone, I'm Gentledisruptor and I've just joined the forum — thrilled to begin this new chapter!

After many years of weight going up and down, I'm eager for a real transformation. My weight has swung from a 100-pound loss to an 85-pound regain, with constant fluctuations everywhere. I'm looking forward to being more active, improving my health and well-being, and changing my life.

Seeing so many people here achieve great results with Reta and other peptides makes me very happy, and I'm excited to share in others' successes — you all truly motivate me. It's wonderful to have a community of like-minded people transforming their lives with peptides!!!

Glad you're here—this is absolutely the right spot. Even a quick browse through the threads can resolve things you hadn't even thought to ask. It genuinely changes lives; you constantly hear folks say at least you have your health, and carrying extra weight can be just as crippling as any disease, in my view (without minimizing anyone else's medical battles). Each pound I drop brings more energy, a younger feeling, and greater ease of movement. Emotional eating had stripped all of that from me. Getting that confidence and strength back has completely shifted my life. I really do adore these products.

Hey everyone, I'm a new user too, and I'm getting ready to switch over to reta after being on tirz (MJ). This forum honestly looks like it could change lives!

Why are you looking to switch from tirz to reta?

From what I can tell, reta is both cheaper and considerably less of a hassle to source here in the UK, with lower risk attached. This way of obtaining it is all new to me — for the last 18 months I've been using genuine Mounjaro, but £300 per pen has pushed it out of reach.

I've also come across claims that reta delivers superior outcomes in clinical trials, although I can't say how much weight to give that. Sema had zero effect on me, and Tirz worked brilliantly yet is now completely beyond my budget.

Glad you're here! In my case RETA did the trick like a magic potion, and that's true for a lot of folks too. Begin at a small dose, then raise it gradually across several weeks. Aim to remain at a microdose if you can. A large number of people find they never have to increase beyond that point.

Is 0.5 mg what micro dosing refers to?

Micro Dosing would be 0,5 mg?

My starting dose was 0.5 once per week. After roughly 2 weeks I moved up to 1.0mg/week, and later split that into 1.0 mg two times per week. Over a span of 4 to 6 weeks I climbed to 2.5mg every 4 days, and I have remained at that level for the last 3 months. Appetite suppression may not be as powerful now, but it is still strong enough that I stay in a calorie deficit. Sweet things, junk food and beer no longer tempt me, so self-control is not something I have to rely on heavily! That sums up how Reta has gone for me, though I have no idea whether this is common. I describe it as microdosing since the maximum is 12.5 mg per week (as far as I know), and my impression is that many people endure a rough stretch of nausea, vomiting and gastrointestinal trouble getting there. Lately I have been considering lowering my Reta dose and adding Tirz. to find out whether this fresh "formula" might finally get rid of the visceral fat that refuses to budge.

With Reta, my progress has been gradual, and unlike others I'm acquainted with, the pounds aren't dropping off, yet I'm fine with that. It's certainly annoying, but I'm attempting to determine what other factors might be causing such a sluggish or absent reaction. All in all, it's still a better result for my health. The number on the scale might barely budge, but I am shedding inches. Wishing you the best as you continue!

Hi everyone, I'm slimmingmouse65 and I just joined the forum. I'm excited to begin this new chapter and wanted to introduce myself as a new reta user. Just dropping in to say hello to all of you!!!

For me, reta has been the magic. The only thing I've noticed is a dry mouth, and my weight loss has been stable. After dropping 65 pounds over two years, I've now held the same weight for a year. My advice: start slow and increase the dose once the weight loss slows down.

What's your approach to dealing with dry mouth? Do you rely on water and electrolytes?

If I'm already well hydrated, I'll go with lozenges sometimes. They're made by ACT and can be found at Amazon, CVS, and similar places. That same brand also offers a mouth spray and a gel.
