Hi everybody, glad to be here and meet you. Ret has been part of my routine for 3 months now, though I want to gain more knowledge about the rest of the options. I came in with some questions, but I figure this probably isn't the right spot for those, so instead I'll just say that any wise guidance would be appreciated.

Hey Sam! I'm also a new member, and I'm from So. Cali. Great to run into another SoCal person in this space. I've been on R too, though for 2mo. I recently increased my dose to 5 and I'm hoping to see the movement soon, but so far it's only about 2lbs. 🤞
