I have almost no prior experience with any of this.

Both of my knees have substantial damage, and at some point down the road I will need TKR (Total Knee Replacement) surgery. Because of that, nearly every form of exercise is hard or hurts, and even though my efforts to reduce how much I put in my mouth have been (truthfully) modest, however sincere, my weight still has to come down. The main reasons are to delay how soon that surgery becomes necessary and to make the period leading up to it as free of pain as I can. So that's where things stand.

Now the time has come to look into the options and settle on a plan.

Cheers

Glad you found the forum - for the foreseeable future, bpc 157 and tb 500 sound like they'll be your closest allies....kpv could be worth throwing into the mix too - and as far as your gob goes - retatrutide is your go-to - this pep by itself will turn your life around. Have a dig around, do some reading & no question is a stupid one.

Appreciate it — the idea of adding anything to a "stack" hadn't crossed my mind until your post above, so that's another 24 hours spent digging deeper down the rabbit hole. A KLOW80 sounds like a sensible starting point, from what I can tell. On the Reta question: my plan had been to run Tirz for six months while I kept researching Reta. Am I right in thinking you'd skip ahead and go with Reta right away?

Thanks for the info.
